Blog information

Please read before building your blog!

A blog is, basically, an online diary or log. "Web Log" shortened equals "Blog." You can use your blog to talk about whatever you want.. progression of the disease, your challenges as a caregiver, the chores that you have to complete, or just jot down your thoughts. There is quite a bit of flexibility to blogs, and each is uniquely owned by its owner!

Blogs are a subsection of the forum where members can choose to allow anyone to view their blog. That means that you can invite your family to view it, if you desire. If you do not want people who are not members of this forum to read your blog, then you need to go to the "Blog Control Panel" and change that setting. There is quite a bit of flexibility in the settings, and you can specify whether people who are not members of the forum can view your blog. Even if you keep your blog completely private, please keep in mind that moderators can still read what you write.

Hi, my mum got diagnosed with picks in her fifties, she is 61 and she is unable to walk, feed herself and keeps having seizures, i think she is in the late stages now, it's very sad to see her deteriorate so quickly.. so i know what you must be going through.. she still has not lost the ability to laugh, so that's what keeps me going!
